Working in Developer Education (DevEd) to onboard new engineers, enabling subject-matter-experts to create a continuous learning culture & provide a toolkit to facilitate learning. Custom Application Development
Developed a Laravel workshop scheduling and registration system, Incident management system, faculty profile and office hours web application, address book and label creation web application, award certificate social network facebook application, customize t-shirt designer on the Zazzle API, natural language processing tech plan parser, released an open source form solution and built a statewide Community College site indexing all 114 colleges for researching technology solutions. Most recently released a Laravel, Python, Raspberry PI and MQTT application called SkinnyPi.
Graphic Design, Video Production and 3d Printing
Designed over one hundred vector files available for sale on microstock websites. Designed a series of stickers for parties and holidays that I had mass produced overseas. Constantly creating logos, business cards, invitations, ads, banners, and collages. Experience in video production, sound, lighting and adobe premiere movie editing. Lead the creation of the first 3d articulated model.
Worked with the SMCCCD’s three colleges in multiple redesigns, customizations, integration projects resulting in award-winning websites. Created dozens of college and business websites using the current web technologies starting from basic HTML to database-driven asp sites and evolved to CSS and PHP MVC frameworks. Currently an expert in WordPress and Laravel.
